At Pawsitive Mobile Vet Tech we utilize Time To Pet Software for many aspects of our business.
Client's can create their own accounts, schedule appointments, and view/pay their invoices right in their Time To Pet account. The Dashboard for Time To Pet can be accessed on any web browser. There is also a mobile app (pictures on this page) that makes everything even easier.

However we want everyone to feel included and those who don't prefer the fancy apps and technology we are also set up to accommodate. We have paper forms for everything that can be filled out in person and appointments can be scheduled by us over the phone. We also accept cash and checks as forms of payment.​

Features:

Client and Pet Information- Securely stored in the software and all in one place. Allows for easy access to information for both clients and PMVT. Clients can create accounts themselves directly through the Time to Pet Dashboard after completion of the new client form.

Agreements- Clients may provide an electronic signature for their service agreement when creating their account online or a paper agreement can be signed during the Meet and Greet/first scheduled appointment before services begin.
​
Scheduling- Clients are able to schedule appointments themselves through the Time to Pet Dashboard or mobile app.​
​
Invoicing- We accept credit/debit cards through the Time To Pet Payments. You can pay through the Time to Pet Dashboard / Mobile App yourself or we can charge your card right there in your living room. Cards can also be kept on file in accounts for convenience.
​
Report Cards and Messaging- We send report cards to clients after each pet sitting visit that includes detailed notes from the visit, pictures of your pets, and time/GPS tracking information. Clients can also message us directly in Time To Pet.
​
Time and GPS Tracking- Trusting someone new with your pets is hard, especially when you can't be there. Clients can view start and end times of visits along with GPS tracking information anytime in their account.

Service Area
South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger, and surrounding Michiana area.
​
​So we can service a larger geographical area, we charge a trip fee of $8 for visiting all pet parent homes that are farther than 4 miles away from Pawsitive Mobile Vet Tech's home office (just near Morris Park golf course in South Bend, IN--easily visible on most maps)

If your location is more than 12 miles from our office, please contact us about this special request to determine if we can accommodate you. ​
Pricing Information

Additional Time Charge: Each additional 15 minutes is $8 (Only charged due to pet's needs or client's request)

Visit Charge (No service preformed): If unable to provide service due to the pet's and/or client's needs, visit charge is required $8

​Scheduling
We schedule in 2 hour time blocks.
​
For appointments with clients present we can narrow down the time window a few days in advance if needed and we will send a text message or call, if prefer, 15 minutes before arriving.
Pets needing medication at specific times are priority.
